Crashes immediately after launching 100% of the time

Upon attempting to launch the game, I see it’s logo appear then I get an error message that it quit unexpectedly...and its never gotten beyond that point. This is a known issue and has existed since 2014 according to the many posts by frustrated players on the game’s forum. There’s no known fix that I could find. I know this is an older game but if its for sale on the app store, if should be supported…wish I could get a refund.
